Retentions Advisor - Remote
£25,506 basic salary + £8,400 OTE
We're looking for motivated Retentions Advisors to join our remote team. You'll speak with customers over the phone, understand their needs, and use your communication skills to retain their business while delivering an excellent customer experience.
The role:
- High-volume customer calls in a fast-paced environment
- Working towards retention targets
- Ensuring all interactions meet FCA standards
- Building rapport and identifying customer solutions
What's on offer:
- £25,506 basic salary
- £8,400 OTE
- Fully remote working
- 37.5 hours per week
- 6-week rotating rota between 8am-8pm, Monday-Saturday
- Two 15-minute breaks and a 1-hour lunch break
